Confirm process capability against the selected series
The Dongguan manufacturing operation has been reviewed on site. A technical approval should still connect each series to its actual winding, molding/assembly, termination and electrical-test controls.

Public specification example
The SMPC molded series publishes dimensional variants from compact 3.5 × 3.2 mm-class packages to larger power footprints, and defines Isat by inductance drop and Irms by temperature-rise conditions.

Can TSA cross-reference another inductor?
Send the competitor part number, datasheet, circuit conditions and qualification needs. Footprint and nominal inductance alone are insufficient.
Does TSA manufacture all products shown on its website?
No assumption should be made. The website separates TSA own-brand inductors from agency products by Sunlord and TAI-TECH.
Has the Dongguan factory been visited?
Yes. Its presence and manufacturing activity in the industrial park have been reviewed on site. Series-specific processes and documents still require confirmation.
What documents should buyers request?
Current datasheet, material declarations, reliability report, process flow, inspection plan, lot traceability and applicable quality-system certificates.
